Ben's [Boot] Camp has made a huge positive

you SO MUCH for all you and your class do! I have lost about 20lbs, a pant size
and gone from a womens to a regular!! I may not be the best in the class,
however I am definitely at my personal best and am amazed everyday how much
muscle tone I have now (in places I didn't know I was suppose to have muscle)
and how much more endurance I have. I am training for a charity walk this
spring and am amazed the distances I can now walk without being so sore the next
day that I can't more. Last year a 2mile walk with my dogs was be all I could
handle- last week I walked 10 miles! Now thats progress.

Since Joining Camp Mark has
lost over 40 pounds and dropped 9+ inches!!
I have to admit, I have a little bit of exercise ADD!
I can't do the same thing over and over especially if it is doing nothing for
me. I'm also not a big fan of the typical 'fitness center' setting.
Something about it just isn't my cup of tea.
I thought there had to be a better way. A way that you can still get a
great workout but not HAVE to workout in a typical fitness center setting to do
it. Thus started my quest to develop a system that can inspire people as a
group to better themselves without spending hours in a poorly ventilated, metal
clanging prison!
I have to write about this new fitness program I am in. I have almost
completed two full boot camps. I found it through my friend. She described
it as the hardest thing she has ever done - and is addicted to it. She told
me of the pain and sweat and competition - none of which I am fond of - or
so I THOUGHT!!! Once she got me there, I was hooked......granted, that first
day I almost yakked and I couldn't really sit down to pee without tears in
my eyes (legs were killing me) but I haven't missed a class since!
The
soreness is gone and muscles are showing where there used to be jiggles!
I have improved in every possible way - strength, endurance, speed, agility,
and attitude. If you ask me, it's the last one that really matters! I feel
so good about myself - so proud! I actually feel confident! I was
never really ever looking for a challenge or a competition - and now my
friend and I are working outside of class all the time to improve... You
should see me with a kettlebell!!!
This is no ordinary fitness class. It is brutal, competitive,
pushes you waaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyy beyond your comfort zone - and is the
best thing I ever decided to do for my body.
Fitness Boot Camps are all over
the country and even the world! What's all the hype about? Here's a
hint, it isn't some special revolutionary exercise machine that you will have to
pay thousands of dollars for!
It's all about high efficiency exercise
routines. Becoming efficient with your time by imploring inefficient
exercise with a group of individuals with similar qualities is a formula that
never fails.
Hooray for bootcamp! Tonight I played in an indoor soccer
game-50minutes- and never in my life have had the stamina that I do now. I
didn't think I'd last a half! I do contribute it to bootcamp and the workouts
that you provide. It's nice to have someone in charge who really knows what
they're doing. Thanks!

The truth is when you attack your goals with
tenacity and determination plus have a supportive group of individuals cheering
you on, it makes once impossible tasks look a little more realistic.
Low impact strength training exercises are NOT going to get you
where you want to be with your body. Get away from the strength training
machines and get back to basics: bodyweight training!
I like how I feel bad if I should miss a class, or if I should not perform my
best. I feel like I let those down that look to me for support. I enjoy the
results and how good I feel about myself. My endurance is better and I’m

It has been such a gift to participate in your Fitness Camps. During the first
workout I was thinking "Now, why did I sign up for this?" By the second workout,
I was hooked. The boost it gives mentally to know that you succeeded in each of
the workouts is amazing. It surprised me how quickly I felt stronger, leaner,
and have greater endurance. I enjoyed working out with the others. To
me it wasn't competitive, being with others, it simply allowed me to challenge
